Hi. I'm looking to buy a first pony for my 8 year old daughter. We are experienced horse owners, but the pony would be my daughters first and she is still learning to ride. Looking for child's first pony. Must be bombproof to ride, totally unflappable. Must be absolutely perfect on the ground for my son to be around. Needs to be patient with him. Must be able to go on and off the lead rein, nothing strong or something that's going to whizz off with him when he does come off the lead rein. Needs to be experienced in jumping and not fazed by fillers etc.. Calm when at shows. Would prefer a gelding but mare considered. Up to 12.2hh. No coloureds or greys please.
