A Pip Bickerstaffe Longbow which has only been used a few times and is in superb condition. I intended to take up shooting the longbow but due to work etc never found the time to do so. It comes with the original drawstring and complete with the original cloth cover bag. Details for the bows draw length etc are on the photographs and also listed below. Bow height: 6.5' max. Pip Bickerstaffe Traditional Longbow in Coalville

Up for sale is my very little used Traditional English Bickerstaffe Longbow. 45lbs - 28" draw. I have been over to Bickerstaffe this morning to collect my new bow. While I was there, this one has been tested, inspected and given a clean bill of health by Pip Bickerstaffe himself. Pip has also fitted it with a brand new black & white string and stringer today for good measure. Excellent condition. A bargain at only £200!

  Bickerstaffe Standard Longbow - 50lbs @28in

Genuine Bickerstaffe Standard Longbow with a draw weight of 50lbs @ 28", for a right handed archer. It has a total length of 72" It is a laminated bow with a Hickory back, Greenheart core and Lemonwood belly. I bought this bow directly from Pip 2 and a half years ago. Recently the back lifted and so I have had a complete new back fitted by Pip from his workshop in Kegworth. In the process it also had new horn nocks and arrow pass, a new leather hand grip and a new fastflight string (in other words apart from the core and belly of the bow everything is new) It also comes with the original owners handbook and a stringer.   Archery Wooden longbow arrows 28.5" long

These are 9 Wooden Long bow arrows 28.5 inches long, with red Bjorn nocks and red 3 inch fletchings; the cresting is hand painted, (as you may be able to see from the photos !). They're suitable for a medium weight bow, I shot them with a 42 lb longbow; I'm now shooting a lighter bow, (71 years old and bow getting lighter year by year ! !).
