Baby Grand Piano - Welmar by Bluthner mahogany finish - beautiful sound

This is our Baby Grand Piano - it is 1.5m wide across the keyboard, 1.4m deep from front to back and just under 1.0m high. It is finished in a mahogany veneer - I think its called Fiddle-back mahogany. It has a beautiful tone and plays nicely. It has some faults in the veneer finish with some sun damage on one side and where someone placed a candle on the fold-under piece of the top - you can't see this normally. It would benefit from a french polisher of you want to fix these problems. The low price for this quality instrument reflects this. We had it moved to our house for £50 but that was some years ago and I guess it would be double that today. Ad ID:

Upright Piano and Adjustable Piano Stool in Waltham Forest

Boyd London Upright Piano and adjustable black piano stool going free. It's a good and solid upright piano that has been taken care of and loved for 3 years. It's no Steinway but has great character and has a decent tone once tuned. It has been tuned regularly and has had an overhaul (including some new felts replaced). It is in good working order and great fun to play. It would make a great piano for a family, a beginner or a good all rounder for a church hall, pub or school. I can get it out my front door but cannot transport it any further than the pavement outside my house. It has a cast iron frame and is very very heavy: will need at least 2 or 3 sturdy people to move it. Piano removals recommended!
