Free - Old Upright piano and Stool in Weston Super Mare

Free upright Piano and stool, located in Weston Super Mare. Please read this advert all the way through before messaging me. I am giving away an old piano which needs some work but is perfectly playable. It is scuffed, the pedals don't work (no idea why) and it will need retuning after moving. That said, I have been happily playing it for 10 years now and it will probably be fine for a beginner. It also has a proper piano stool which has space for storing music. 130cm high, 145cm wide, 62cm deep. If you think you would like it please be aware transporting a piano is a lot harder than picking up a chest of drawers or wardrobe, it is very heavy and weighs about 200kg. You would ideally need a trailer, or a van with a ramp or tail-lift. It would require quite a few people to lift it into a van without a ramp. I would really love to give this piano to someone as I am moving house and need to get rid of it. Unfortunately, if I cannot get someone to take it in the next couple of weeks, I will have to break it up for firewood, which would be such a shame.

Boyd London Upright Piano and adjustable black piano stool going free. It's a good and solid upright piano that has been taken care of and loved for 3 years. It's no Steinway but has great character and has a decent tone once tuned. It has been tuned regularly and has had an overhaul (including some new felts replaced). It is in good working order and great fun to play. It would make a great piano for a family, a beginner or a good all rounder for a church hall, pub or school. I can get it out my front door but cannot transport it any further than the pavement outside my house. It has a cast iron frame and is very very heavy: will need at least 2 or 3 sturdy people to move it. Piano removals recommended!
