An "elbow" wall lamp designed by Philips in the s. Typical minimalist design from the mid-twentieth century. Aluminium lampshade.Varnished in matte black (original colour). The lamp is in good vintage condition, the metal is a bit yellowed, probably due to nicotine from smoking.The lampshade has a stain on the inside (see photos). Maximum length: approx. 75 cm. Herda Amsterdam (attributed to) – Plexiglas wall light

This Plexiglas wall light is usually attributed to Herda Amsterdam. Herda marked its lamps only by means of a (paper) sticker, which usually came off easily. There were a few variations of this very highly rated wall light. This is the variation with the curved front plate. The lamp consists of a white Plexiglas wall mount, two plates in brown Plexiglas (looks a bit like smoked glass) – one of which is curved – and one cut, transparent Plexiglas plate in between these. The connecting casings are made of chromed metal.Striking feature of this lamp is that while the three plates each have a different shape, they do combine harmoniously.Provides a stunning light effect. Which is even better when a mirror head light bulb is used.The lamp has a screw lamp holder for 1 E14 light bulb. Including a 250 cm power cord with an on/off switch. Unknown designer – Telescopic wall light with a swivel arm

Dutch designer wall light (presumably, because there is no mark any more) designed by Hiemstra Evolux in the s. The lamp has a white, fabric shade which is attached to a metal arm and a black wall bracket. The lamp swivels to the left and right. The lamp can also be adjusted in length, between 50 and 90 cm. Shade diameter is 30 cm, height is 15 cm. The white shade shows some spots (please see photos).The light has been used and is at least 40 years old, so don't expect it to be in new condition! Large (35 cm wide) ceiling light, retro chrome with black metal (heavy), in the shape of a bowler hat and attributed to Agne Jacobbsson, not marked. The lamp is in very good vintage condition and made entirely of metal, so no cheap plastic has been used. The power cord is approx. 120 cm long, and was recently replaced. Beautiful wall light with swivel arm from the s. Inspired by the Panama lamp by Wim Rietveld (for Gispen) and the Hala sun series by H.Th.J.A.Busquet. Yellow iron lamp shade with perforations that provides a beautiful 'sun beam' lighting effect, iron manoeuvrable arm and metal wall plate. Various minor damage to the front and back of the lamp shade and swivel arm.Otherwise in good used condition. The perforations near the top of the lamp shade seem to have been made by the previous owner, probably due to the lamps overheating in the past which could damage the lamp holder or cause the wiring to melt.Measurements of shades: 31 cm (diameter) x 25 cm (height). Lamp is in used condition. The lamp is about 40 years old, so naturally it has signs of wear. I have added as many detailed photos as possible of those signs of wear.
