REDUCED TO SELL!!! I am selling my classic Ercol three piece suite as I am changing my decor/style. The suite is solid Elm wood and a lovely Golden Dawn shade. This is a good quality expensive suite. The furniture is not as large as modern pieces and can suit many different settings. This would be ideal in a conservatory, lounge, large study or can be split up and put in different rooms. The suite consists of a Renaissance high back two seater sofa, an Evergreen high back chair and a Jubilee Lounge Arm chair. They are all finished in a red geometric design fabric.. The wooden frames are all intact and in superb condition - there is the odd mark here and there that is expected due to furniture of this age and this adds character to the pieces. The upholstery is showing signs of wear in places but can easily be replaced due to the classic nature of the furniture. Ercol recommend replacing the cushions at the same time as the fabric to give the suite a new lease of life. The webbing to the chair seats is totally intact and in excellent/perfect condition - as can be seen from the photographs. The sofa has a solid base that sits into the frame so does not have any webbing. I am selling this good quality period 3 piece Ercol suite as we are decorating and want a change of furniture. It consists of a large 2 seater settee with two armchairs as can be seen from the photographs attached. All strapping to the seating is intact and it is in excellent condition. The frame is made of solid wood in golden dawn - it is again in excellent condition for its age with the odd mark here and there that is expected but it does not detract from the great quality wood. The fabric is in a pretty red upholstery with some signs of wear - this is reflected in the price. I will be sorry to see the suite go but need it to go to a new home where it will be looked after. Vintage s Ercol Windsor Golden Dawn solid hardwood (ash?) oval gate leg table and 4 Quaker chairs + cushions. Good condition, used. ONLY £400 ovno for the lot. Lovingly looked after by one careful lady owner from new. High quality, Golden Dawn finish, solid hardwood (believed to be ash) furniture, British made by Ercol. This furniture is as sound and good looking as the day it was made, apart from some scuffs and a couple of small areas of damage to the rim of the table, but probably no more than one would expect. The middle panel of the table is also slightly less shiny than the two drop leaves, but presumably this could be easily rectified with extra polishing. TABLE: seats 2 half open and 4 fully open. Closed: width 128 cms approx. depth 22 cms approx. depth of feet 29 cms approx. Open: length 140 cms approx. Height: 72 cms approx. CHAIRS x 4: with cushions. Height: 97 cms approx. Width: 43 cms approx. Depth: 41 cms approx. Seat height: 42 cms approx. The seat cushions are original Ercol ones. The removable covers are dry clean only, with a popper closure, and are in reasonable condition. They are in an oatmeal colour, the design being of grass heads. Unfortunately, the inner foams pads have deteriorated and will need replacing. The cushions are held in place with tabs with strong metal poppers that are snapped onto the corresponding popper underneath the seat. From a pet and smoke-free home.
