Excellent quality and condition 3-seater sofa that folds out easily into large double sofa bed with built-in mattress. Blue-grey colour with light-coloured wooden feet. Bought originally from Debenhams. Very comfortable as a sofa and as a bed, and perfect for holiday house-guests. Available with matching armchair, also from Debenhams and in blue-grey with light wood feet. Both items can also be sold separately. Sofa dimensions approx 215cm x 85cm x 88cm; armchair approx 100cm x 85cm x 88cm. £350 for both, or separately £275 for sofa and £100 for armchair. Collection only, from ground floor flat (van or trailer would be needed to transport).
