16.2hh black 9yr old tb gelding, looking for a quiet lifestyle happily hacking out and quiet school work. He is brilliant on main and busy rds alone and in company... happy first or last. Not fazed by any vehicles he's pretty much seen it all. Has done some schooling and can work in a correct outline. He has lovely ground and stable manners not a grumpy boy. Very sweet natured easy to catch fine with farrier and travel. In a routine back check they noticed a chip on the side of one of his hips, they said it looked like he has probably knocked it on post or fence or something, we reckon this is why he sometimes goes a bit unsound when in heavier work such as over jumping and lots of cantering, this is why he would suit a quieter hacking home. 16.2 perfect happy hacker for LWVTB

As I've found a new love of schooling I have decided very sadly to sell my big mare. She's a 16.2 stocky strong mare. Hacks alone and in company. 100% in any traffic, even on tight lanes. She may spook at a pile of bin bags or a new road sign tho lol. She has been previously vetted and had a locking stifle which has never effected her and only noticed once with the farrier. She's only had 1 injury where the vets believed she was kicked in the neck in the field (over 2 years ago) and she was walking sideways. She had box rest for 3 months (full x rays which were all clear) they believed it was a trapped nerve. She's been a happy hacker with me as she's a standardbred and so isn't great at corners in the school. I've changed her to bitless and she's fantastic to ride! She will hack in open spaces calmly and pick up a gear if you want to have a good gallop. I'm not looking for her to go to a home where she will be schooled NO more than occasionally. Or any implements such as draw reins used! She's been trained to hold her head high to race and this is how she's comfy. She is a fantastic hacker and could do an endurance type thing too subject to building up her fitness:-) She's full of muscle and in great condition at the moment and will make someone a life long friend. Sadly for sale due to lack of time due to other horses. Simon is for sale to a 10* home! He's 12 yo and 16.2. He is an ex racer but been out of racing 5 years and you would never believe he's actually raced as he's that quiet. He's like a cob in a tb's body haha. He's for sale as a light hacking horse due to he got a injury on his back leg which ended his racing career which mean there always fluid in his back hock. He's better living out as when he's stables he gets stiff on it (walks it off after a few steps tho!) I currently stable him at night though.
