Camera Review This camera does pretty much anything you could ask of a camera. I really expected to love it. It's so tiny and lightweight, and I bought it to be my carry-around camera for my artistic work. It takes lovely pictures, I ran a few rolls through it. I was a bit surprised the first time I opened it, because I'd never used a camera where the film loads from the right and spools to the left before. That was not a big deal, just something that got my attention. It has lots of customizable features, like whether you want the film completely rewound or with the leader hanging out, so clearly it is meant for both the casual user and the person doing his/her own darkroom work. I was really impressed by all the ways to customize the camera operation, and it was fairly simple to do. (You can, for instance, turn off the focus beep if you are shooting wildlife.) Really, this camera offers everything a person could want in an SLR, and it's small size is a real plus if you will be walking around a lot or wish to carry it with you all the time. I ended up preferring the PZ-1 I also bought, but I can't pinpoint exactly why. I wanted to prefer this camera because it's so small, but we just didn't click. Two Pentax ME Film Camera Bodies and a Pentax 50mm f1.7 Lens

Two Pentax ME 35mm aperture priority camera bodies for sale. As pictured, one comes with a superb fast 50mm F1.7 Pentax prime lens. See the fantastic reviews of this lens and Pentax ME cameras on Ken Rockwell's site. This lens is in absolutely excellent condition, virtually unmarked. The bodies were bought from specialist camera shops, one in the UK and the other in Holland, the UK sourced body has renewed light seals and was serviced by the shop prior to purchase. One body has a small ding near the flash hotshoe. I simply don't get the time to make use to these lovely bits of kit, a shame, as I am a life long Pentax fan, but someone should make use of them I think, and so here they are up for sale. I have put one Ilford film through one camera and it was fine. The lens comes with both front and back caps and both bodies have caps also. Both light meters work fine, but I cannot confirm the seals are efective in the second body. These however, are easily replaced and there are kits available, or camera shops that will do this service. The camera with the strap in the picture is good in all respects right now.
