Sleeps six inside and you could fit loads more in the awning if you are going with Friends. This folds down to about six foot by eight foot size. Kitchen is inside has two ring cooker with grill and electric fridge. The door has been remade as it was damaged, the poles have all been striped and treated so there is no rust. The canvas is three years old and the awning is two years old and only been used once. New curtains and cream linings with two bedroom pods. Floor has been sealed serviced last year with new tyres and a spare. I have equipment if you need it. Camper kitchen unit, it is black with a blue sparkle. This has come in a camper but we don't need it as we are changing the layout. The unit we believe is new but has some scratches and there is some damage on the right hand back corner of the worktop as shown in the pictures. It hasn't ever been fitted but has some scuffs, the doors need catches putting on the insides and it needs a good polish. The oven, hob, sink and fridge are also new.
