Ampeg V4BH bass amp, 2x10 bass cab, 1x15 bass cab

The set up consists of an Ampeg V4BH all valve bass amp head, an Ampeg 2x10 Classic cab and an Ampeg 1x15 Classic cab. All of which were made in the USA before Ampeg shipped production to the Far East. The amp head has a full flight case and the cabs have Roqsolid covers. The stitching on the 2x10 is coming undone but it still protects the cab. Both cabs have Ernie Ball removable castors on them. One of the castors on the 2x10 is slightly loose. The sound of this rig is typical Ampeg - big, loud and warm. This has been my main bass rig for around 3 years, but following the use of a friend's Terror bass I have been drawn into the world of Orange bass amps and I think I'm there to stay now (for now!). Very clean condition Peavey bass cab with black widow driver. Not sure but I think this is the standard 8 ohm cab that gives 350w power output and up to 700W peak. The corners are metal and have been re-sprayed so that it matches the black carpet covering and looks as good as it sounds. Moving on my Peavey Tour 700 as I've recently moved to Orange. This amp has been reliable as hell in the 4 years I've owned it, never let me down and has spent its life in a rack case so is in very good condition. Everything works on the amp, no loose knobs or dials. This pushes out 500W at 8ohms and 700W at 4ohms. Trace Elliot GPWatt 2x10 combo plus 1x15 cab

This is a serious gig rig with a huge sound and I have not gigged for sometime - so it has to go. The combo is a 2x watt 7 band graphic with a horn which has adjustable level on the back panel. There is a small mark on the top of the speaker grill but the cab vinyl is unmarked and comes with the original cover. The headphone socket on the amp is not working. Other than that it is in excellent condition. The combo really comes to life when you plug in the 1x15 extension cab - the bottom end is huge! There is no cover with the cab but again it is unmarked and in excellent condition. Both have been gigged maybe 20 times but other than that kept in a smoke free home. I have toured with this rig for a few years and never encountered any problems. It's solid, reliable and sounds great. Our band stopped playing live over a year ago so I have no use for this currently. I will be sad to sell this but can't justify keeping it due to other commitments. Please note that one of the butterfly clips on the flight case is broken, although it can still be fastened tight with a pair of large pliers (sounds odd, I know!). I have attached a photo. The band logo is also still visible on the front panel of the case.
