12hh Bay Welsh Pony Gelding

Bailey is a very honest and affectionate Welsh pony that I rescued 5 years ago. In that time he has become a very confident pony who enjoys being handled and ridden. He is good to lunge, handle, load, with farrier, with vet etc. He has predominately been used as a lead rein but has been introduced to work off the rein which he was quickly getting the hang of. He is 100% in traffic. Sadly, due to difficult family circumstances I don't have the time for Bailey or to bring him on. Welsh section A show pony for sale through no fault of his own. Sadly his rider has outgrown him and is moving to a bigger pony. Fantastic pony for lead rein with for a less confident rider or 2nd pony for confident rider who can ride. He is a sweet, cheeky, lovable character who loves people and being with them. He lives in or out and is fine with mares or geldings. He has good stable manners and you can move around him in and out of the stable and loves attention although he can sometimes like to have a cheeky nibble. He has never kicked or shown any nasty behaviour and he is eager and willing to learn. He is still green/young in his education which is why he is good for lead rein or a 2nd pony. He is just starting work again this year. He attended numerous shows last year and won every class he entered, he behaved impeccably at the shows and totally took care of his rider, he stood perfectly and made the days very enjoyable. He is vaccinated for flu and tetanus up to date and not due booster until . He stands to have feet done without any issues and is great with the vet.
