The bridle has a wide padded noseband which is very popular with dressage riders not only just for the way it looks but also as it distributes pressure evenly over the nose and across the face of the horse.The wide padded noseband features an integrated flash which is designed to encourage the horse to keep his mouth closed and work in a natural shape. The flash noseband discourages evasions and ensures that the horse is comfortable during work. The noseband has a crank fastener with a wide padded section that sits underneath the jaw. The crank design crosses over itself and allows the noseband to be used quite snugly without any discomfort for the horse. More popular with dressage riders - the crank noseband further encourages concentration on the bit and thus a better frame of mind for work. This bridle features a dual sided throat lash, for easy adjustment. The poll piece of the bridle is fully padded and has slots to allow the headpiece of the bridle to pass above it, allowing the horse to have full benefit from the padding here.
