Outwell Vermont Large Camping Tent - with Groundsheet, Wardrobe and Carpet!

We have a Outwell Vermont XL tent up for sale. It's in great condition in original carry bags. Also include brand new set of heavy duty pegs, Outwell Vermont ground sheet, mallet and a Outwell Vermont carpet. This is a great tent with load of room and can sleep 7 people across the 3 rooms but can easily sleep more if need be in the main sleeping area. It also has a wardrobe with pole to hang clothes up or some people use as a toilet. We bought this tent of a couple who used it a couple times in France before selling it as they were moving house and not having any space for it. We were planning to use it on a summer holiday to Cornwall but change our mind and have now rented a house with the family instead of camping. We also have some other camping gear we bought in anticipation including a double shelve unit and a single unit, great for keeping cloths uncreased and away from moths or store food away from the bugs! Outwell Utah 6 Large & Spacious family or group tent

Large and spacious 6 man tent. Only used 4 times. There are 2 bedrooms which can be made into 1 large bedroom with the dividing wall unzipped. We had a king size airbed in here with loads of spare room to get ready and store things. The main living area is huge!! We had inflatable sofas and chairs for 8 people along with table, kitchen stand with cooker, cool boxes and food boxes and it never felt cramped. All the windows have blinds/curtains that roll back to make it so light and airy. There are storage pockets up the wall for bits and bobs. There are 2 entrances, the main entrance has a canopy to offer shade and protection from the rain. The tent comes with a official outwell carpet which fits the floor plan perfectly and even a door mat to wipe your feet on. Outwell Bear Lake 4 Polycotton tent with footprint, zipped in groundsheet and carpet

I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake. The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent.
