OUTWELL Hawaii Reef Polycotton Tent - 5 Man Person Family Camping Tent Cost £ Similar to Vango

The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay. OUTWELL BEAR LAKE 6 TENT - £250 BARGAIN! Superb family size Poly cotton tent, selling only because it is too big for my needs. Made from poly cotton and is great at temperature management (not too hot in the day). Anyone who is looking for one of these tents knows just what fantastic quality they are. The King of tents! Very spacious with 2 separate sleeping compartments (4+2), a large living space with plenty of windows with curtains. Zip in bathtub, very thick groundsheet. 2 side doors and a very handy large covered porch area. The tent is in very good condition with there are just a couple of minor issues to note: • A ripped seam on inner sleeping compartment has been neatly re-stitched. It is practically unnoticeable and doesn’t affect the tent’s performance in any way. • Elastic in one of the poles section has snapped, again this doesn’t affect the tent’s performance and can still be easily erected. • Zip on front porch door needs attention as it catches when opening and closing. It is still usable and can be closed fully but if using the tent regularly, would probably want to consider replacing it. I was quoted £35 for a new zip and £20 for labour by a local company. The low selling price takes this into account. Please note that these tents are quite heavy - tent 26kg, poles 29kg. Pack size: tent 40cmx101cm, Poles 24cm x 100cm.
