Fully working and waterproof there is a bit of mildew on the tent (as per photos) though it has always been put away dry and it does not affect its performance. This was waterproofed with Nikwax Tent and Gear Solar and waterproof spray within the last 2 months. Great spacious tent to get into camping. Also included is a Gelert Horizon 6/8 porch (stock photo from Amazon) which fits to the front of the tent when you want an enclosed awning - perfect for when the weather isn't the best. I haven't got a photo of the tent with it attached but can assure you it fits snugly as per other reviews on ukcampsite. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Outwell Montana 6 family tent complete with full frontal awning, genuine fitted Outwell carpet, footprint groundsheet and front extension. Purchased the tent and front extension new in but not used until and only used for two fortnight holidays since, in good condition with no rips, tears or leaks. Full frontal Awning purchased new in and only used for one fortnight holiday but unfortunately when I have erected the awning for inspection and photo's I found that in 2 small patches on the roof the inner material has come away from the outer material as per the final photo. I have placed the Outwell repair patch on the inner side to prevent it from spreading further and it seems to have done the trick however I would advise that the roof section of the awning be re-waterproofed to ensure it is watertight. Otherwise it is in good clean condition as it has only been used the once and comes complete with the original bath tub groundsheet. Carpet is in good clean condition and stored indoors when not in use. Footprint groundsheet has no rips or tears and certainly serves its purpose of protecting the main tent. Front extension adds valuable space for outdoor dining/cooking or for under cover storage. Used twice and in good clean condition. The tent has never been cooked in as I also had a day tent used for cooking/dining. All the equipment has never been smoked in or had any pets inside. Inspection welcome as the tent, awning and extension is erected at present but will be packed away on Sunday if the weather stays dry. The tent is only partially pegged out just for viewing and photos hence it might appear to be a little saggy in places on the photos. This is the 2nd Montana 6 I have owned and each of them made excellent family camping holidays enjoyable even when the great British weather took a turn for the worse. Hi, I am looking to sell my lovely Outwell Nevada M tent plus extension (Mocha) The tent is in very good condition, no leaks etc. The extension is in very good condition fabric wise, no leaks etc, although one of the poles snapped. I taped it and have used it a couple of times since then no problem. I appreciate that somebody else may wish to replace the pole to make it as new. Outwell Bear Lake 6 Tent. This is an excellent tent made of canvas so is cool in the heat and warm when its cold. Comes with extension which I don't have a picture of. Comes with Foot print which has always been used to protect the tent groundsheet, carpet and overhang as pictured which can be attached or not. As you can see from the pictures of the bags it is quite a large tent to take away. But it is a a good size tent to stay in and very sturdy having proper poles not fiber glass ones. Side doors are mesh to allow circulation of air. Side windows can also be zipped out and are mesh ot allow extra circulation of air if required.
