This is a tent that has been used but is still in good condition. There is some mildew on the storage pockets inside the tent but this does not effect the tent other than aesthetically. Also a clip as come away from the inner bedroom it works fine without but the clip is here and would be easy to sew back on. There is a fitted ground sheet and side door. The fitted carpet is in good clean condition, we always took shoes off so it is not worn. The front porch has been repaired, a strap sewn back on, it works fine. Outwell Bear Lake 6 Tent. This is an excellent tent made of canvas so is cool in the heat and warm when its cold. Comes with extension which I don't have a picture of. Comes with Foot print which has always been used to protect the tent groundsheet, carpet and overhang as pictured which can be attached or not. As you can see from the pictures of the bags it is quite a large tent to take away. But it is a a good size tent to stay in and very sturdy having proper poles not fiber glass ones. Side doors are mesh to allow circulation of air. Side windows can also be zipped out and are mesh ot allow extra circulation of air if required. We are selling our Outwell Montana 6 tent which is in immaculate condition, there are no damage to this tent what so ever. The tent comes with Outwell carpet, footprint and front extension. We are a couple and have only used this tent for bank holiday weekends. We have owned it since new and have probably used it a dozen times. It has always been put away dry and stored in our loft. It is like new and comes with a full set of Outwell pegs. The bedroom part has 2 sections but you can unzip the middle section to make 1 large bedroom if you want. All in excellent condition with no damage (apart from one of the guy ropes that has been knotted after it snapped) and no marks. The pegs all look second hand though so you might need some new ones. Never put down when wet, the footprint has kept the tent clean and the carpet made it incredibly comfortable You can have one large sleeping area or two, one for two people and one for three.
