OUTWELL Louisiana 7P tent and front awning for sale, including footprint, carpet, doormat and tent pegs. Tent has a really good, large living area along with 3 separate bedroom areas and changing area at rear. Comprises of main front entrance along with side and rear door access. Main tent area is carpeted throughout. Bedroom areas sleep 7 people in total, but we find with just four of us we have loads of room and 2 children can have a bedroom area each. The additional front awning provides another large living area which means plenty of area for storage and living. We are not very good at travelling light but found this tent provided plenty of room. There is some damage to the front awning, as shown in photos, but it is completely watertight as tested by a few summer days camping! Carpet is in fairly good condition but may have a few stains as we have used numerous times. Tent pegs are provided, mainly Outwell, but also some others which work in all soil types. It is in great condition and the mended bits (pictured - 2xsmall slits in window, mend to internal groundsheet and mend to footprint) do not affect use at all. This tent and awning were purchased new about 3 - 4 years ago, but due to circumstances have only been used 3 times, a week each time, so is still as good as new. Each time it has been dried if necessary before being packed away where it is kept indoors. The tent has the sewn in groundsheet and the awning an attachable one. Fantastic award winning 6 birth tunnel tent, so spacious and lots of head room great for family holidays it comes with the full front awning which can be closed off totally in bad weather and just use the side storm porch entrance or can be fully rolled up at the front in great weather and ideal for cooking in and leaving shoes, coats etc in. It has two bedrooms with a zipped screen in between or you can unzip to have one huge bedroom, the tent itself has lots of windows and an entrance on each side of the tent one been the storm porch which is great to use in rain. This tent is in amazing condition as only used twice and is now erected for viewing over this weekend in the Harrogate area please let me know if you want to view this amazing tent while it is up. I am reducing the price of this tent for a quick sale. The full package cost about £ when we bought it so this is a real bargain. This is a large tent which sleeps up to 10 people. It has only been used 3 times and is in excellent condition. We bought the front extension so that all of our kitchen equipment could be kept away from the main living area. It also means that the main living area can stay clean and dry if there is wet weather. This is an advert for a Outwell Alabama 7P Tent Bundle. Along with the tent is the fitted groundsheet, the fitted 3 layer insulated carpet, the fitted Roof Protector and the matching Outwell Premium Round Windbreak. All details about the tent and bundled items can be viewed on the Outwell website. The tent was purchased as ex display. So does have an element of colour fade, which I have tried to show in the final picture. There is also an element of marking to the bottom of the tent exterior given the tent spent its time pitched for a lengthy time and there are also a couple of catches to the fly sheet on the side door, also pictured. Having said that the tent is in good condition elsewhere and showed no sign of leaks. The rest of the bundle were purchased new. We have only used the tent once, however it was a fantastic tent to spend the week in. It has a unique layout with three bedrooms, and two living areas. We fit a double folding camp bed in the large bedroom and a single folding camp bed in the other rooms (both pictured). The tent has sturdy metal poles which helped the tent to survived some very high speed winds. Please note, none of the other camping items in the pictures are in included in the sale.
