Unused the tent has been stored in dry conditions. It is supposed to be a 5 person tent but I think that 4 would be maximum..Although there are two 'rooms'both with the ground sheet sewn in and one is larger that the other. The front 'porch' area has a loose ground sheet. Guy ropes are florescent - useful when returning to your tent after dark! The instructions are on a cloth that is sewn into the hold all, plus there is a 'booklet' with pictures! Oh yes - there is a temperature gauge attached to the front of the tent! Outwell Florida 5 tent bundle Absolutely fantastic family tent providing plenty of space, easy to put up, I can even do it myself in 30 minutes, less time with 2 people. Tent is still in fantastic condition. I am extremely fussy when putting it away after a trip. It always goes down completely dry. Tent comes with the extension, outwell carpet for inside and also groundsheet which has always been used so the tent has actually never been put up on the ground always had the extra sheet under. This cost us over £800 a few years ago and hasn't been used a great deal due to having children since we got it, we want to now go camping a lot more but decided we wanted bigger. This is a lovely tent and with being Outwell is of fantastic quality. Measurements/dimensions can be seen in the last photo. Tent is still available to buy new for around £500 for just the tent. This really is a lovely tent, we used this just a couple of weeks ago (pics from then) we've just decided on something a bit bigger. Has always been stored indoors in between trips. The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Outwell Glendale 7 tent. 7 man tent, used but in excellent condition

Outwell Glendale 7 tent (sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms, or it can be opened up into 2 or 1 large bedroom). There is a door at the front and the side. Its been used for about 10 days and never put away wet (only rained on about twice, but we waited until it was dry before putting it away).
