Fully working and waterproof there is a bit of mildew on the tent (as per photos) though it has always been put away dry and it does not affect its performance. This was waterproofed with Nikwax Tent and Gear Solar and waterproof spray within the last 2 months. Great spacious tent to get into camping. Also included is a Gelert Horizon 6/8 porch (stock photo from Amazon) which fits to the front of the tent when you want an enclosed awning - perfect for when the weather isn't the best. LARGE TENT - OUTWELL HARTFORD L Really great tent – loads of room for family holidays, pretty quick & easy to put up (did it myself once!). At £150 this could provide cheap, memorable, family holidays for years to come. With 2 large sleeping pods, each of which can hold 3 people in comfort, no-one should feel cramped. The large central area is high enough to stand in and provides a great eating area if outdoor conditions are less than ideal. There is also an entrance hall – great for leaving mucky/wet gear and storing cooking stuff. The tent has doors to the front and rear, so easy to sweep out. Selling an Outwell Montana 6 with front extension, front awning and Carpet. I good condition only upgrading as we have purchased an awning for our Camper. Big tent great living space. We have done a couple of small repairs over the period owned. My son decided to bounce on the opening of the sleeping pod so the fasteners had to be reattached and we did a small repair to the skirt of the extension. None affect the efficiency of the tent.
