Outwell Montana 6. THIS IS NOW SOLD Comes with an extra Outwell front porch that clips over the front poles. The tent is approximately 10 years old. It has been stored for more than half those years and only used for main holiday once or twice a year. Lots of life left in the tent. It would probably benefit from a reproofing now.The color is green. It is packed in a blue holdall with wheels,a pole bag and a bag for the porch. Always packed away dry so no mould or marks. The extension is the Cruiser 6AC awning but is advertised for the Montana too. Unfortunately the bathtub groundsheet therefore doesn't fit correctly and I have had to put 2 holes through it so I can tuck it under the tent at the front and still peg the tent down. The build quality on this tent is second to none. The additional strips, layers, stitching, clips etc do make a difference and give a robust feel to the tent. It is as solid a tent as I have ever been in and has stood up to whatever the British weather has thrown at it with ease. Poly cotton really does keep heat in, it is noticeably warmer when you unzip and walk in from outside, and has ventilation options you would expect from an Outwell tent. The size of the windows ensure it is bright inside and the bright colouring is cheery even in wet weather. All in this is a great tent. You can check out the countless reviews online with virtually all rating it 10 out of 10 stars. We originally paid £ for it. There is a small tear in the room dividers mesh window and there is a very small hole (5mm) in the groundsheet. Although neither has ever been an issue. Due to the size and weight, I am not able to pitch for you to see, so I took it to a local camp site recently, and stayed overnight to ensure everything is okay. For Sale. Our Outwell Drummond 7 Family Tent, Comes complete with tent footprint and Outwell Tent carpet. We brought this last year and have used it for one dry weekend in June last year. We are selling because we have upgraded to a caravan and have no need for it. The tent itself has lots of storage space and will comfortably sleep a Family of 4-5 without any troubles. It can be put up by 2 people in around minutes, the tent has colour coded pegs and steel poles so it is very sturdy. I felt that I would have no problems with this tent in high winds, we never managed to try out this though. The tent has a large porch area with a removable bath tub type groundsheet, so on wet days you have somewhere separate to get out of wet coats and boots, the main living area is very spacious and we found that we could have our kitchen unit, and large table up and still have space to sit around on separate chairs. The bedroom areas can be used as one large area like we used it, or 3 separate areas. The dividers clip together to form the areas. If you would like more info please get in touch.
