This is our used Outwell Country Roads Awning which we have used twice. Comes with all parts including pegs and the Steel poles. Has a very small tear to one side which has been repaired with gorrilla tape to the inside. See pics for detail of the tear from the outside of the tent. A fully functioning awning in good condition. Currently retails for 350, asking for 200. Comes with an extra groundsheet.
