This tent has hardly been used and as I now have a caravan, it is now surplus to requirements. This tent has been fully dried after use and stored inside with no damage or rips. It’s an immaculate and brilliant tent for stormy weather and has never leaked. It is possible to pitch by yourself as I have done this, but is much easier with 2 people. So if you need a tent that you can stand up in, for a weekend away or longer this is a very comfortable tent. This is the smallest of the Birdland tents and it sleeps up to three in a single bedroom that leads on to a spacious living area. We actually slept five in it - three smaller kids in the bedroom and us in the living area, using the extension for all our bits. This tent is made from Outtex outer tent fabric and it benefits from fresh new green colour with contrasting roof and trademark Outwell stripes. The outer first or all-in-one pitching is easy thanks to the steel and Duratec pole Outwell Extended Frame System. A real bargain for all this at only £350 ONO The porch/front extension (whatever you like to call it) alone cost over £200 new - check on the internet. This is included in the price. Only selling this great family tent as it is too big for the two of us. Porch is great for cooking under when weather is bad or for sitting under when sunny or rainy. The porch is shown in the second pic. The tent door flap is open in the first pic. Two separate bedrooms at the back, fits three people in each. The front section is very spacious, can easily fit six chairs and a table, while still leaving plenty of space. Easy standing room with plenty of headroom all round. The tent has a built in groundsheet to protect from insects and rain. We're also including a cut to measure foot print (a laid down extra groundsheet before the tent built in ground sheet is put on top). All pegs and the tent comes in a trolly bag which is also included. Reflective strong guide ropes. Cable entry for electric hook up with mobile mains power unit (3 sockets) from Lowdams worth £50 Inclusive elec hook up cable. The two bedrooms can be made into one very large one by unzipping the middle section between the two bedrooms. Secure and very effective fly screens to all windows and doors. Fire retardant. The tent also features organiser pockets for storage. The sealed ground system and the Outwell power stability system creates a great family tent. Outwell Montana 6 family tent with front frontal awning, genuine Outwell fitted carpet, footprint groundsheet and front extension. The tent and extension were purchased new in but not used until and have only been used twice since for two fortnight family holidays. In good clean condition with no rips, tears or leaks. Full frontal awning was purchased new in and only used for one fortnight holiday but unfortunately when I have erected the awning for inspection and photos I found that in 2 small patches on the roof the inner material has come away from the outer material as per the final photo. I have placed the Outwell repair patch on the inner side to prevent it from spreading further and it seems to have done the trick however I would advise that the roof section be re-waterproofed to ensure that it is watertight. Otherwise it is in good clean condition as it has only been used the once and comes complete with the original bath tub groundsheet. Carpet is in good clan condition and stored indoors when not in use. Footprint groundsheet has no rips or tears and certainly serves its purpose of protecting the main tent. Front extension adds valuable space for outdoor dining/cooking or for under cover storage. Used twice and in good clean condition. The tent and awning have never been cooked in as I also had a day tent used for cooking/dining. All the equipment have never been smoked in or had any pets inside. Viewing and Inspection welcome as the tent, awning and extension are erected at present but will be packed away on Sunday weather permitting. The tent is only partially pegged out just for viewing and photos hence it might appear to be a little saggy in places on the photos. This is the 2nd Montana 6 I have owned and each of them made excellent family camping holidays enjoyable even when the great British weather took a turn for the worse.
