Outwell Bear Lake 6 Tent. This is an excellent tent made of canvas so is cool in the heat and warm when its cold. Comes with extension which I don't have a picture of. Comes with Foot print which has always been used to protect the tent groundsheet, carpet and overhang as pictured which can be attached or not. As you can see from the pictures of the bags it is quite a large tent to take away. But it is a a good size tent to stay in and very sturdy having proper poles not fiber glass ones. Side doors are mesh to allow circulation of air. Side windows can also be zipped out and are mesh ot allow extra circulation of air if required. Outwell Bear Lake 4 Polycotton tent with footprint, zipped in groundsheet and carpet

I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake. Very good condition although colour has faded (not really noticeable as the same colour across the tent!). Comes with original canopy (not shown). Shown with Trout Lake 4 extension (£40) which has approx 2” fault on side. Also have carpet (£20) and Bear Lake footprint (later version which protrudes slightly but can be folded back under tent) (£20). You can have the whole lot for £225.
