Easy to control temperature. I use chunks of wood instead of chips because the last much longer. I soak them for at least 1hour. Being able to control the smoke and temperature is what makes this smoker work so well. Well built and will last a long time. I would recommend getting the cover also. Have two friends that were so impressed they have ordered one too.
