Join Visage Paranormal for a night of ghost hunting and paranormal investigation as we investigate Abbey House Museum & Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds on the 29th July 2017 from 8.30pm until 2am.

Abbey House is a Grade II listed building. Abbey House was built in the 12th Century as a gatehouse to Kirkstall Abbey. The two were separated when a road was built between the two.

After many renovations and changes the museum was opened in 1927.

Various reports of ghostly goings on have been reported including doors opening and closing on their own, disembodied footsteps and voices have been heard.

Reports of a monk have been made to be seen around the building, possibly associated with the nearby Kirkstall Abbey. The Monk has been seen to be wearing a brown habit which was the clothing of a monk of the period.

Kirkstall Abbey is a ruined Cistercian monastery. It was founded c.1152 and it was disestablished during the Dissolution of the Monasteries under Henry VIII in 1539.

What will we encounter when we investigate these fabulous buildings?

FREE Hot/Cold Refreshments and snacks available through the night and also a FREE raffle to win some great prizes. You will also have use of ALL our equipment and you will have a chance to take part in various experiments including victorian seances, table tipping and Ouija sessions.

We will NEVER make anyone take part in any of the experiments they do not wish to partake in.
