When I got this product it didn't have the manual. A simple search online got me what I needed. It does take some small understanding of being able to change your network settings to be able to access the router. It is not plug and play. It is dual band, but can only broadcast one band at a time, not simultaneously. It does what it says. If I had to buy this product again, I think I would pass due to its limitations of band broadcasting. If you need something to extend only one band at a time, it is a good product.

This would be a 5 star, great product if it worked. The issue is that it does not hold a wifi connection for longer than 10 minutes. Kind of a big issue of I'm planning on using it as a printer server. It is not worth a penny with the current (and older) firmware. Unless they update the firmware to fix the connection issue, go a different route. The "ProCIV 300Mbps Multi-function Mini Wireless-N WiFi Range Extender Signal Booster 802.11n/b/g Network Repeater/Router/AP with WPS" is a great alternative for around $20!
