Small Barnes overstrung/underdamped piano, restored and professionally repolished

This small gem of a piano measures 142cm x 116 x 60. Overstrung and underdamped, it will take the student through all of the grades. The touch is very even and the tone, mellow. The action has been gone through with a fine-toothed comb and it has been fully regulated by a qualified piano technician. It carries a 3-year guarantee, (parts and labour included.) The case has been French-polished to a high standard. I can arrange to deliver the piano for £70 (including a first tuning at home), after delivery. Vintage Chesterfield Ox-Blood Leather 3+1+1 Suite. This is a beautiful real leather suite consisting of 1 x Wingback Queen Anne Armchair. 1 x Rolled Arm Chair & 1 x Rolled Arm Sofa. This particular suite has the original Chesterfield Wingback Chair with the deep buttoned arms & wings and the buttons on the sofa and chair are all closer together giving a fantastic look (newer suites had buttons that were further apart.. & the newer chairs didn't have the arms or wings buttoned). These original suites are getting extremely difficult to find and to get one in this condition is almost impossible.... These oldies have recently become real collectors pieces and are certain to increase in value in the future... Measurements are as follows.... All buttons and studs are present.. (none are missing). The wingback chair measures 32" Wide x 32" Deep x 42" High.. the Rolled Arm Chair measures 41" Wide x 3' Deep x 28" High & the sofa measures 6'3" Long x 3' Deep x 28" High.
