Original vintage apartment wall mounted telephone

This is a very rare Western Electric (USA) wall mounted Hotel or Apartment Complex dial telephone from the s with ‘speakeasy’ bakelite earpiece. This phone has been tastefully restored and has the original brass trim, hinges and polished wood. The Central Office/House System lever still moves but this has no function today. The side buttons for Door Latch, Manager, Janitor also have no modern function today and only the Door Latch button remains intact. This is how I acquired the telephone. This telephone can make or receive calls on modern lines and has been tested. It has an internal ringer which also works and has a nice bell sound. A very unusual and rare telephone in remarkable condition. A statement piece. Supplied with socket adaptor. Dimensions in cms: Height: 34/width: 15/depth: 11.
