Fender Squier By Fender Showmaster Black Super Strat Electric Guitar Perfect For Beginners

A very reluctant sale of a fantastic example of a Squier by Fender Showmaster guitar. Crafted in Indonesia this now discontinued and getting rarer and more collectible future classic is in fantastic condition for its approx age of 13 years. Differing from other Squier Strats commonly seen this was Squier's answer to the Ibanez/Jackson/ESP etc Super Strats. It features a very nice 2 point tremolo and instead of three single coil pickups you get a humbucker at the bridge for extra grunt. A lovely tonal range all changeable with the 5 way switch, 1 volume and 1 tone control. A very nice and my favorite feature natural wood Reverse Headstock completes the Hendrix/rock/metal/shred look. The body is believed to be Alder and is black with a tasteful metallic sparkle throughout. There are a couple of minor knocks/scuffs but not really noticeable and to be expected on a guitar of this age. The bolt on Maple neck is a thin C shape/profile measuring approx 40mm at the nut. It features a Rosewood fretboard with 21 frets. Stunning Fender Squier By Fender Showmaster Black Super Strat Electric Guitar Perfect For Beginners

A very reluctant sale of a fantastic example of a Squier by Fender Showmaster guitar. Crafted in Indonesia this now discontinued and getting rarer and more collectible future classic is in fantastic condition for its approx age of 13 years. Differing from other Squier Strats commonly seen this was Squier's answer to the Ibanez/Jackson/ESP etc Super Strats. Instead of the usual syncronised tremolo you get a Floyd Rose style "whammy bar" with a locking nut to hold the strings in tune. Differing from the more usual 3 single coil pickup configuration the Showmaster features a humbucker at the bridge for extra grunt. A lovely tonal range all changeable with the 5 way switch, 1 volume and 1 tone control. A very nice and my favorite feature the Reverse Headstock completes the Hendrix/rock/metal/shred look. The body is believed to be Alder and is black with a tasteful metallic sparkle throughout. Overall the body is in amazing conditon for its age. The bolt on Maple neck measures a comfortable 43mm at the nut. It features a Rosewood fretboard with 24 frets. Built to be played fast the guitar is fitted with new D'Addario XL .
