This is a fantastic sounding amp. I have been using it with a pair of Mission speakers (also for sale) and a Sony CD player and the sound they create is superb. The amp is an AV amp so it has all the bells and whistles and power you could want. I have been using it purely as a hi-fi amp. Onkyo have been producing excellent quality receivers for years and this amp lives up to their reputation. There is no remote.
