Job Role: We are looking to immediately hire an on-site residential building manager to manage 56 flats in Golders Green. This position would be the first point of contact for residents, and you would be expected to interact with residents in a courteous, professional and helpful manner at all times. You will be responsible for collecting rent from tenants, and deal with maintenance issues and complaints. The Building manager will take responsibility for the presentation, cleanliness and safety of all the public areas. Fix maintenance issues as they arise, maintain CCTV, and ensure that any breaches of security or damage is reported to the relevant authorities. You will also be required to deal with the council, and create a weekly site report, to relate repairs and issues raised by residents. Ideal Candidate: Handyman/ DIY skills Hard worker Problem solver Courteous Required Skills/Experience: General Handyman skills Problem Solving skills Good communication skills- English Basic knowledge of computers/ e-mail/ smartphones Desired Skills/Experience: Previous experience managing flats or tradework is a plus
