Pressure washed and in excellent condition there is a bit of discolouration on the outside, I've found this to be inevitable if placed in a sunny position but doesn't affect the working. It has been brilliant - really easy to clean and to move around the garden and definitely fox-proof - my girls have been very happy in it. Complete with all bolts, locking bar and locking pin and run clips and it has been thoroughly cleaned. Run has the skirt to help prevent fox digging under. Plasic so easy to clean, door locking mechanism all working as it should. The outside of the coop has discoloured slightly through weathering - common problem with these - does not effect it's use at all.
