Inc. manual A/c cable charging cradle connector cable (AV?) 4 xd picture cards remote (never used) soft case Camera was originally marketed as 'weatherproof', I presume it still is (it hasn't had a hard life) tho I cannot guarantee it. Also Olympus PT106 waterproof case - also in original box. Inc. manual, seal 'grease' and some silica packs. Both in working order, case hasn't been used for a while but the seal looks to be OK - would recommend tho that it be tested without the camera in before submerging to any great depth.
