This wooden domed top dowry chest is covered with tin in a bronze colour and was bought from a flea market 25 years ago in Spain, the wooden slats have been replaced and lined the trunk with fabric, however the age of the chest is at least early 's. This is a peasant piece, has no refinements and is very rustic. But I can assure you it is genuine. 30"w x 22"H x 16"D I also have a pine trunk with inner candle tray.

Pine dome top trunk chest in Cleckheaton

This is an old trunk it has lots of cracks and splits which just adds to its character it has two iron handles on the side and a lock but no key needs a little tlc. It measures 34" x 17" x 17" Check out my items I also have 2 more trunks for sale.

Beatiful old seamans trunk it still has the Victorian paper on the lid. Its lost both its side handles it still has the lock but no key. Its a beautiful example. 30" x 19" x 18" tall will make a lovely coffee table.

It has got signs of old worm holes on the underneath corner so not visible but now long gone but has been treated anyway 42" x 20.5" x 18"h it has the original handles on the side and lock but no key.
