hiya, I'm selling my old school racer that I built myself from a proper vintage racing frame. I can't see any brand or marking on it but it has a very nice geometry with a short rear end that leaves little wheel clearance. Silver powdercoat finish and beautiful luggings, the frame size is 60 cm c-t-t. Here are the specs: 531 blue forks and Mavic MA2 light alloy wheel set with Continental Gatorskin tyres. Both wheels are running true and smooth, rear one runs on a 6 speed Shimano cassette. Custom double chainset and alloy racing pedals, Sachs Huret classic 200 derrailleur and Suntour gear levers. Lightweight alloy stem and narrow custom handlebars with new black soft tape and bar ends, with a set of dual Weinmann brake levers. The brake cables and pads have been changed recently and I also put a Shimano 105 brake caliper at the back. Aluminium seatpost with a classic white racing saddle (quite knackered but it does the job!) There is a small dent at the front part of the top tube but it doesn't affect riding at all, the whole frame has been checked and there aren't any other dents or cracks whatsoever. The bike is very light compared to some other old racers, fast, solid and very nice to ride. It has just been checked and serviced by a mechanic so the bike is completely safe and ready to go on the road. For sale is this very cool genuine vintage old school desk. It's a lovely solid characterful piece - totally original I've just given it a light sand and fresh coat of wax making it clean but keeping its rustic charm.
