Constructed from the highest quality 5.5mm plywood, which is bonded to a stucco aluminium. With a hinged stay lid, carry handles each end and two further pad-lockable catches. The interior is paper lined. Furnished with brass plated fittings, consisting of a central pad-lockable hasp lock, strong trunk handles, corners, strut hinges and braces. Fascia panels have a backing of prime grade birch plywood, finished with a bonded and sealed fascia of heavy duty aircraft grade anti scuff alloy stucco for that industrial look. Supplied with keys. For sale is this absolutely incredible 17th/18th century coffer. It's in amazing antique condition with the most beautiful genuine patina. I've cleaned the inside and given the outside a fresh coat of wax giving it a beautiful tactile finish. The condition is extremely good for its age. It has a very small amount of dormant worm holes at the back which are almost un noticeable. All in all its an amazing piece great condition and clean inside. Dimensions are Width 105 Depth 56 Height 64 all cms.
