Good clean condition, just a couple of minor snags (small tear in side of porch and one of the hooks to hold in a bedroom has come off, but the bedroom stays up fine and has been used for the last two years like it). Re-waterproofed last year.

Its easy to erect (no instructions but can be found online) good condition-it has 1 broken spring in 1 of the poles which doesn't affect putting it up at all & some marks on the roof. Only used a handful of times. Comes in a carrier. Made from polycotton for those who prefer a more traditional tent. The inner bedrooms hang separate inside & include several storage pockets

Once it's all bagged up it weighs in at around 16kg. The porch area is configurable such that you can enter from any of the 3 sides. If the weather is hot, you can unzip all 3 sides and have it as a fully open roof only configuration. The tent has multiple pockets for storage built in, plus zip release air vent and zip openings for feeding electric supply to where you need it.
