Oak fire surround/ mantelpiece and oak fender

Mantlepiece solid oak. Matching fender for around hearth. This is probably original to the house- . We have taken it off the wall as we have had a new stove fitted and the wood surround is not large enough for modern regulations. We really like it but cannot use it elsewhere. It does have some quite bad fire damage on the shelf from an old candle fire (under where the right hand candle holder is. We just covered it with a mat. A good carpenter could replace the shelf I assume. Otherwise it is nice varnished solid wood, and the curved detail under the mantel shelf is quite unusual and has an Arts and Crafts look we think. Lovely copper/brass covered wooden fireplace fender. Brass feet on sides and centre. Very strong patina. Will need some restoration to copperwork. Antique, though will fit around modern marble hearth slab (as it did with mine). Only selling as I can't get my grandson's pushchair in the room when it's in place, so have had to relegate it to my outhouse. Probably worth far more than I'm asking, but I need the space.
