This controller was brought for me as a gift when it first came out but only used it once. That wasn’t because of any problems with the controller just a family member brought a bigger controller and I preferred it. The controller is still in its box with the Styrofoam and plastic cover that comes with the instalment disc (which comes with the code needed to activate the program), connection wire and instruction manual. This is a good controller for beginners or any DJ that likes to travel light. It's a wonderful controller and does a better job than most expenses controllers.
