Due to my daughter and a friends son out growing this lil chap hes up for sale. Hes an unregisterd dartmoor x. Rising 5. Aprox I backed this lil man through summer and hes been brilliant so happy to learn new things. Never bucked,reared or kicked. Hes been an absolute dream for us all and his youngest rider was a 6 year novice and he has never had any problems and gained so much confidence by rising osacr. Oscar will work on lead rein and also alone. Hes bombproof in the heaviest traffic. Hacks out alone or in company first or last. Hes totally controlable out in gallop with other horses and ponies. Ridden in a snaffle. Goood for farrier. Dentist bath ect. You could safely leave a child unattended groomin or muckin out this pony. He will quite happily stand all day to be brushes and pamperd. She is sadly for sale as we now need a first ridden (yes in only twelve months). LR Sucsessfully shown at local and NCPA level with good alround results, taking my child out on the showing cuircut and bvehaving impeccably giving her the confidence and motivation to continue whilst also giving her lots of fun and the general alround feeling of being safe. First Ridden: Whilst I would not really sell her as a first ridden, my daughter has ridden her off the lead and she has been fine at all times, however, this is where I feel she needs more work, to be fair to her. With my daughter being young and inexperienced and the age of the pony, I think it only fair that more time and patience is needed in this area. Second Pony: If she was to be bought for this purpose she would most certainly excel. A more competent rider could school her to almost perfection. Her paces are to die for and her enthusiastic attitude towards work is second to none. She is only for sale as we have been offered a first ridden pony that is extremely experienced and done it all before type, this is an opportunity that I don't feel I can refuse. I also don't have a rider that can bring out her full potential. Due to this I feel she is now going to be wasted and for such a talented little mare I cannot let this happen. extremely sad sale of my bombproof mare gabby, she is what you call a proper family pony, mother daughter ride, shes happy with anyone on her, she has such a happy character, shes brilliant to catch (she'll walk away after 5 minutes if you dont have the head collar) brilliant with the farrier, absolutely loves jumping! she does need reschooling, i did start myself but since finding out im pregnant i stopped, gabby has got one eye which doesnt effect her at all, she loves a good hack, happy to be in front or back, she is a weight carrier but i wouldnt want anyone over st on her, only thing wrong with her is that she has her messy days in the stable, shes never kicked, bucked, reared or bolted off.
