23ft Norman Cruiser project

I purchased this Cruiser as a winter project BUT my landlord says it must go !! Such a shame but I do not have any alternative. Hull and superstructure are in good condition although there is a slight leak on the superstructure somewhere. Also hull has 2 small cracks on the stern - easy repair.
