As far as I am aware the car has a possible alternator fault causing the coil packs to burn out. Two of them were replaced however this did not resolve the problem indicating something deeper. Only had mot done on it two weeks ago. Spent £200. But yesterday the gear wouldn't change up. Spent £30 on X 2 bottles transmission oil as it did have a leak. Didn't work. Took it to garage said it could just need an transmission oil change for £30 or otherwise it may need more work, worn components etc so ideal for someone in the know or even for just spares.
