Nikon D camera body, (WITH FAULTS-see description), with battery and charger. FLEETWOOD.

Camera has two faults that I am aware of. It won't autofocus properly in normal mode, but focuses perfectly in live mode and obviously manually. Battery drains when camera is switched off in a couple of hours. Strangely, it only seems to do this if a memory card is inserted. Otherwise, works perfectly and is in excellent condition. This was my first digital camera when I had to move over from film cameras. It is quite old now but still works fine and both the batteries charge without any problem. I have the original handbook. It is a 6.5mp camera - a little small by todays standards. It can shoot RAW files which is best or you can shoot Jpeg. It has most of the functions that the new Nikon has except that it is a bit slower writing to the memory card. It would be a great camera for a younger person wanting an entry level camera for practice. The only thing you would need to add to the kit would be a zoom lens and a flash memory card.
