Up for sale is my Musicman USA SUB 4 String Bass in White. Not to be confused with the newer SUB range currently made in the Far East, the original SUBs were made in the USA alongside the Sting Ray, with the same 2 band EQ and pickups as their more expensive counterparts. I've replaced the original pick guard with a mirror one and have added a Hipshot D tuner allowing instant dropping of the E string to D. I'm selling this 4 string AXL bass guitar. Reason for sale is that I'm moving abroad and can't take it with me; I bought the bass when I moved to London, but now I'm moving back. Bass is made by AXL guitars, 4 strings, 3 EMG pickups, 20 frets, roundwound stings. Pickups take 9V batteries, accessible from front panel (I'll show you how to change if needed). A little bit worn down (cracking body paint, faded pick guard), but only cosmetic issues (the cracked paint actually looks alright). Otherwise plays/feels great! I've been very happy with it; the previous owner used it to play funk and was very satisfied. Pretty standard cloth case is included. Let me know if you are interested - you are welcome to try it out if you come by. I unfortunately don't have an amp to try it with, but I can plug the bass into my audio interface and you could hear it through headphones. I can also meet around Camberwell Green / Peckham. Cheers!
