This guitar was bought for me brand new at Christmas i.e. – it is only three months old. It has hardly been played because, quite frankly, I cannot get the hang of it. We did extensive research on acoustic guitars and settled on Tanglewood because they are handcrafted and British designed. The workmanship is very good. The guitar features:- a closely grained Spruce top (for excellent sound projection); beautifully figured Walnut back & sides; a Mahogany neck; Rosewood fingerboard; contrasting edge binding; etc. At the time of purchase the instrument had a recommended retail price of £179 plus shipping. Stonebridge D35SR Dreadnought Guitar

Stonebridge (Furch) D35 SR Dreadnought Guitar in excellent condition with hardshell case. This is the top of the range guitar with the AAAA Adirondack Spruce top, Rosewood back and sides, gold-plated hardware and herringbone binding. The nut width is 43mm. This guitar sounds fantastic....like a really old Martin D28 (but playable). It has a full and warm sound with great bass - perfect for flat-picking, finger style or just a posh strum. The guitar is in virtually unplayed although there is the smallest of blemishes on the top towards the end pin (one has to look hard to spot it) - see the photo. Let me know if you need any further photos. Stonebridge have now reissued this guitar under the Furch name but importantly, the tops are now a standard Sitka Spruce, not the prized Adirondack...........if you know what you are looking for then this will mean everything!..............and the price has also gone up! Great looking and great condition Bentley Ag300N Electro Acoustic. Stunning light Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, White binding and Mother of Pearl sound hole detail. Fitted with a brand new EQR 4 band Pre-amp with separate Bass, Middle, Treble and Presence controls, Volume and Battery check facility. The guitar has been professionally set up, the frets have been leveled, dressed, crowned and polished, the Fretboard had been cleaned and conditioned, standard with fully enclosed chrome tuners and fitted with a New Bone Nut and a Compensated saddle...the action is great! The instrument can be played either normally or via an amplifier and due to the Pro setup, the intonation is really good, it has a great full-bodied sound, is easy on the fingers and sounds really good both plugged or unplugged! Martin HD28 Dreadnought Guitar

Martin HD , with original Martin hardshell case. Has some very minor 'life' marks that are not visible without close inspection, but is otherwise in excellent original condition. The case, similarly has a couple of life marks, visible in the pics. Has everything you would expect tonally from a Martin of this quality and plays beautifully. Apologies for the photos which were snatched before leaving her at Vintage and Rare for an appraisal. More photos can be available later this week. She looks, however, exactly what you'd expect an HD28 to look like(!), with a nicely dark sitka spruce front, dark ebony fretboard and rosewood back and sides. She's only going as I'm thinning the herd. Great opportunity to get an HD28 for £400 less than the new ones are going for. Reasonable offers also considered.
