IT SITS ON RAISED RUBBER NON SLIP FEET, SO IT IS WARMER BUT ALSO CAN GET SOME VENTILATION. IT HAS A LOUVERED FIXED PANEL ON ONE SIDE, AGAIN FOR SOME VENTILATION.
