New grey padded jacket suitable for chest size inches

Hi, this jacket is recently brought from online and is new but doesn’t have tags. I have tried it on but not like worn it. Basically what happened was that the seller didn’t mention chest sizes but just stated that it is large, which it is but after I received it I discovered that it is for chest size inches, which is bigger than my chest size. As far as I can see there are no defects on it as it is new. Only one thing is that you might be able to smell a hint of after shave on it as I put a bit of after shave on it thinking it will fit but discovered after I tried it on that it doesn’t fit. PORTWEST jacket/ coat, new with tags, chest size suitable for inches., Hi, this is a new jacket/coat that I purchased from online on 2nd of March . It still has it’s tags as you can see on the pics. I have tried it on but haven’t like worn it. But I have decided that I prefer another coat that I have recently found online and I don’t want to have too many coats especially if I don’t want to use them. The jacket/coat looks new and can’t find anything wrong with it as far as I know, only one little thing is that the little label or tag stating Euro 4 inside the coat beside the little tag stating L is about to get detached i think as you can see in the pic but I don’t know if you’d even need that.
