I bought this piano as brand new three months ago with the intention of learning to play fluently. As a musician I have taken on new instruments in the past however being in my third year of a BA (HONS) degree I haven't found the pair time to practice therefore looking to find it a new home. This digital piano comes with ten different classic sounds: Piano, Electric Piano, Vibraphone, Organ and Harpsichord all with two types of pre-set sound. Its keys are weighted making it extremely close to a real piano but without the weight and space required for an up-right piano. The piano also comes along with a sustain pedal and would be professional enough to use in any gigging or studio environment. It can also be used as a midi keyboard which would compensate your 'at home-studio' needs. This is a great piano for any age or level of skill, a great first instrument for anyone with the time to learn a new hobby/instrument. The piece is made of good quality wood with no signs damage or previous repairs. The varnish coat shows light signs of wear in places over the years. The legs are double tapered and are solid. As are the two flared lifting handles. External measurements are (approximately): Top of Handles - 62cm Seat Height - 55cm Length - 56cm Length (between handles) - 61cm Width - 36cm The cushioned seat is original and will need to be reupholstered as the textile edging is starting to come loose and the original horse hair padding has lost it's uniform texture.
