Smart but stylish trouser suit which I bought for my professional interview for the final part of my architecture exams. It worked - I felt smart and professional but not uncomfortable (and passed!). However now I've got a job I don't need to be this smart in the office or for meeting clients so I'm selling it on to someone who needs it, or just likes to be smart! Cost £280, so it's a bargain. Although it looks quite formal it's a nice flattering shape and the fabric is drapey, so a bit more interesting than a standard trouser suit. You don't have to be too precious about it because it's machine washable on the gentle cycle. The fabric has a slight twill texture to it. Looks nice fastened with a simple crew, turtle or scoop neck top under it, or without another top - over to you for your own style. I am 5' 7" but the trousers and sleeves were too long so I had them shortened. The trousers are now inside leg seam 31" with 1 and a half " in the hem.
